A children's education company needed 100,000 activity kits produced and individually packaged for a national retail launch, each containing 8 printed components plus 3 non-printed items.
Solution
We managed end-to-end production: printing all 8 components in-house, sourcing non-printed items (crayons, stencils, storage pouch), assembling on our dedicated kitting line with 100% visual QC, and individual poly-bagging with retail header cards.
