What quality control processes do you follow?
Every production run undergoes AQL 2.5 inspection standard. SGS third-party inspection available on request. We perform in-line checks during production and final random inspection before shipment.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes — we provide full FBA prep including FNSKU labeling, suffocation warnings, Amazon-compliant cartons, and direct shipment to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in SGS-audited, BSCI-compliant factories in Zhejiang and Guangdong provinces, China. We maintain exclusive partnerships with specialized facilities for each product category.
Do you have US-based inventory?
Yes — we maintain warehouse stock in California for popular SKUs. US warehouse orders ship within 2-5 business days via ground. Container-direct orders ship FOB or DDP.
What payment terms do you offer?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with balance before shipment. For established accounts, we offer Net 30 terms. Wire transfer, ACH, and credit card accepted.
